The VinoLab enological laboratory is responsible for the scientific supervision of the wines of Zeginis Winery and the guarantee of the excellent quality of our wines.

In addition, we are next to each private and professional wine producer, offering analytical and advisory services appropriate to each wine stage of your wine, so that we can achieve together the high quality and the expression of the terroir of your wine.

Chrysanthi studied Chemistry in Greece and Enology & Viticulture in the university of Bordeaux, France. After her studies and some practice in some of the most emblematic chateaux of France, in 2019, she returned back to her family winery, in order to bring all the knowledge and know-how and with aim to produce wines of exceptional quality.
